    Are your products cruelty free & vegan? Gluten free & non-gmo?

    • Yes! We wouldn't have it any other way.

    Where can I learn more about your ingredients?

    • We value transparency and share ingredient details on our site. You can find it under Feel Good > Our Ingredients. 

    Are your products and packaging sustainable?

    • Absolutely! Our brand is built on sustainable standards. Learn more on our site Feel Good > Sustainability. Good for you. Good for the planet.

      Where are your products made?

      • Our products are made in house at our studio in Austin, TX. 

      What is the shelf life of your products?

      • Our products are 100% all natural and we pride ourselves on not using any preservatives. We recommend using it within a few months of opening for highest quality. Unopened products have a shelf life of 12 months.

      Do you sell gift cards?

      • We do! You can purchase gift cards online, and then choose to print or forward to the lucky recipient.

      Do you offer gift wrapping? 

      • Yes! Select the size eco-friendly gift bag option you would like at checkout. Small fits 1 item, medium fits 2 items and large fits 3 or more.
      • All gift sets include a hand stamped, reusable gift bag!

      What payment methods do you accept?

      • We accept all major credit cards, GooglePay and PayPal. 

      Can I cancel or edit my order?

      • We want you to get your feel good items as quickly as possible, and begin processing immediately when an order is placed. Because of that we are typically unable to cancel or edit an order once it has been submitted, but call us and we will try our best to get you taken care of!

      How can I track my order?

      • Track your order easily by clicking on the tracking number located in your order confirmation email. We will also provide email notifications when your order ships, is out for delivery and has been delivered. If you have any additional questions, please email us at hello@houseofmedicinals.com. 

      What is your return policy?

      • Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of defective or damaged products. But! We are humans too and are ultimately here to make you feel good. Reach out to us at hello@houseofmedicinals.com if you have any questions or concerns.

      Do you sell wholesale?

      • We do not. We currently only sell our everyday feel good products on our website. 

      Can I sell House of Medicinals products on my own site?

      • We are flattered, but by purchasing our products you agree not to resell or distribute House of Medicinals products for any commercial purposes. We may deny or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not intended for personal use.

      Where do you ship?

      • We ship across the U.S.A and internationally.
      • International order totals do not include taxes or duties.

      What are your shipping options?

      • We offer UPS standard and expedited shipping on all orders- choose your preference at checkout.
      • Enjoy free standard shipping for US orders over $55 and international orders over $150! 

      Do you offer pick up or delivery in Austin?

      • We offer free local Austin delivery for orders over $55, if order is placed by 2:00pm CST. 
      • We do not offer pick up at this time. 

      What is the last day I can order for my delivery to arrive by Valentine's Day?

      • Please place your order no later than 1:00pm CST on February 8th to ensure ground delivery before the holiday. For expedited orders placed before 1:00pm on February 10th. 

      What is the last day I can order for my delivery to arrive by Mother's Day?

      • Please place your order no later than 1:00pm CST on May 3rd to ensure ground delivery before the holiday. For expedited orders placed before 1:00pm on May 5th.
